The officer testified that he saw the client suddenly turn, park abruptly on an angle and quickly open his door at which point the officer turned on his emergency lights while the client attempted to get out of his car. The officer stated that after asking the client to get back in his car and being met with a blank stare, he noticed the client was having difficulty standing and balancing and needed to use his car to balance himself. The officer further stated that after asking him again to get back in his car, he did and noticed at that point that the client had droopy, constricted eyes, a low, raspy voice and slurred speech, appeared confused and disoriented and smelled of alcohol. The officer testified the client failed the walk and turn and one leg stand field sobriety tests both at the scene and at the station. NOT GUILTY
