Defendant attempts to enter Route 495 on the off ramp and subsequently drives off the exit ramp and down the embankment crashing the car into the woods. The trooper notices the defendant to have fresh track marks in the arm and finds a needle in the defendant’s pocket, the defendant is staggering and cannot walk a straight line or say the alphabet correctly. VERDICT – NOT GUILTY.
