After approaching the car, the officer stated the client was unaware of his presence for several seconds, continuing to stare in the rearview mirror.  The officer reported the client smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot and glassy eyes, admitted drinking and failed the walk and turn, one leg stand and rhombus field sobriety tests. 0.18 BAC. CASE DISMISSED

Client was pulled over on Cape Cod National Seashore for having an open container of alcohol in his car. Client was interviewed by Park Ranger and admitted to having five or six beers on the beach and admitted that he felt the effects of the alcohol. Client was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech and odor alcohol on his breath. Client submitted to field sobriety tests and failed all the tests according to the park ranger. Client was arrested and took the breath test with a reading of .09. NOT GUILTY VERDICT.
