The officer reported he was dispatched to an accident where a car hit a telephone pole and upon arrival, saw the client walking with difficulty and swaying from side to side. The officer further reported the client appeared disoriented and denied drinking when asked. The officer reported the client smelled strongly of alcohol, had red and glassy eyes, slurred, nonsensical speech and was talking to himself. CASE DISMISSED
